Four apartments, one standard
Every apartment has the same floor area and equipment. Only the view from the terrace differs — which is why we never charge extra for a “better” apartment.
Each apartment: 80 m², 3 bedrooms, a private wood-fired hot tub, a covered terrace with a BBQ and a parking space.

What else is on site
The apartments are identical — the view from the terrace is what differs. Everything else belongs to the whole complex, and it is what guests use most: a wood-fired hot tub, a sauna facing the water, a covered terrace and a fire pit a few steps from the shore.

Four apartments in one building
Each apartment has its own entrance from the terrace, so you never share a corridor or a wall. In the evening the whole complex is lit up, with ornamental grasses and young trees between the terraces.
Living room with a fireplace
The living area has a wood-burning fireplace, a sofa and a lake view through the glazing. Firewood is left ready by the fireplace.
Kitchen
Fully equipped: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. An island with a wooden worktop and a table for six.
Dining area
Open to the living room and kitchen, with a large table and a sofa in the corner. Light comes in all day.
Bedroom with a mural
A double bed, a wooden ceiling and a lake mural on the wall. Blackout blinds on the windows.
Second bedroom
Two single beds that can be pushed together. Both bedrooms have a sloped wooden ceiling.
Bathroom
A walk-in shower without a tray, a wall-hung toilet, a countertop basin and a heated towel rail. Every apartment has two bathrooms.
Covered terrace with a view
A wooden roof, a glass balustrade and lounge furniture facing the lake. Rain does not get in the way, and the terrace is lit in the evening.
Private wooden hot tub
A wood-fired wooden hot tub positioned to look out over the lake. It is heated for your arrival — just tell us when you want to get in.
Sauna
A barrel sauna with a panoramic window facing the water. It seats four. Available on request.
Fire pit by the lake
A fire pit a few steps from the shore, facing the sunset. We provide the wood and the sticks for sausages.
Playground
A wooden playground with a tower, a slide and swings, on the grass between the apartments and the beach. Visible from the terrace, so children stay in sight.
What differs, what is shared
The standard and the floor area are identical in every apartment. The choice comes down to the view from the terrace — which is why we never charge extra for a “better” apartment.
